I try to be as flexible as possible. But months is always better than weeks.

I tailor my talks and workshops for the age groups. It’s also possible to spend more time on areas where teachers would like to see improvement. For example, how to write dialogue and give readers a sense of place.

There is no limit for an assembly talk or an ‘in conversation’ event. Workshops tend to be more effective with class-sized groups, or potentially a few classes together in an auditorium space.
